Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 27, 2026
1. Reservations & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made fewer than 30 days before arrival, full payment is taken at booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation under the policy below.
2. Cancellation Policy
> 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
30–7 days before arrival: 50% refund
0–6 days before arrival or no-show: 0% refund
This policy applies year‑round, including Carnival and WCMF Premium Periods.
3. Security Deposit
A US$250 pre‑authorization is placed 1 day before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
4. Check‑In & Check‑Out
Check‑in: 3:00 PM
Check‑out: 12:00 PM (noon)
Late check‑out (subject to availability):
• Until 2:00 PM — US$25
• Until 4:00 PM — US$40
• After 4:00 PM — Charged as an additional night
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and local laws.
Guests must report damages immediately and comply with all rules listed below.
Smoking & Pets
No smoking indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available on request.
No pets allowed.
Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Up to 2 daytime visitors allowed between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior approval.
No parties or events.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Utility outages
• Strikes
• Public health emergencies
If the apartment becomes uninhabitable due to such events, unused nights will be refunded.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
8. Refund & Booking Policy (Summary)
Deposit: 50% at booking
Balance: Due 30 days before arrival
Cancellation:
• > 30 days — 100% refund
• 30–7 days — 50% refund
• 0–6 days — No refund
