From the Edward Oliver Le Blanc Highway, continue as it becomes Goodwill Road. Turn left onto Charles Avenue, drive straight across the roundabout — the road becomes Federation Drive. Continue uphill on Federation Drive, then take the 9th left turn onto Link Road, heading downhill toward Valley Road. At the junction with Valley Road, turn left toward Copthall. Continue along Valley Road until you reach a Y-junction — keep right toward Copthall. Drive through Copthall Village, passing the Roseau Valley Hotel on your left. When you see the sign for “Morne Prosper”, do not turn — continue straight ahead. Take the first left turn into Bamboo River. Drive down the slope — the first white-and-grey house on your left is Garden View Apartment.
